DuraWeather Poly®
American families continue to rely on the unmatched comfort and durability of our quality furniture. Our manufacturing plants are located in Iowa, Ohio, & Wisconsin with our main headquarters located in Hertford, North Carolina (Come and see us!) Our quality furniture is constructed of 95% Ultra-Premium (High Density Polyethylene) HDPE with 5% UV inhibitors and exclusive protecting agents against fading, rotting, and rusting. Built to last a lifetime while insuring absolutely ZERO maintenance you can leave our patio furniture and Adirondack chairs outside year round!
Our incredibly durable and time tested, Powder Coat Painted 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Hardware is included with every line of outdoor furniture. 316 stainless steel is the most durable metal against nature's harshest elements. How is it different than 304 Stainless? 316 includes 2% Molybdenum which is an added protectant against chlorides found near pools, ocean living, and in de-icing salts. It ensures the best possible defense against normal wear, rusting, and corrosion. Inferior products use cheap steel that will rust quickly often within one to three years time. If near chlorides even sooner! Your outdoor furniture is only as good as the hardware that keeps it together. Rusting hardware means permanent staining and discoloration of the material. We use only the finest materials available in all of our products to ensure the best possible longevity we can provide to our customers.
