Returns & Cancellation Policy
There is a 30% cancellation fee for all orders once the order is placed unless the order exceeds the current latest ship date for the product ordered.
The 30% cancellation fee includes the restocking fee for all orders returned unless there is a structural manufacturing defect of our products. All cancellation requests must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
DuraWeather Poly® offers a 7 day return policy.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 7 days of the date of receipt for a full refund less the price to return ship and a 30% restocking fee. A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact online sales by phone or email with the information provided below to obtain a return authorization. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. If merchandise is received damaged, please note on delivery paperwork with the delivery person of the damage. If merchandise is received damaged upon delivery, customer must contact online sales department at email@example.com within 48 hours to report damage and to receive a return authorization. All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. DuraWeather® is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. Merchandise must be received back in our facility before any replacement/refund will be issued. Full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange fees, cancellation and restocking fee, and/or return shipping fees, within 7 days of receipt of item in our warehouse.
