Cancellation Policy

ANY ORDER PLACED CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER PAYMENT BUT ONLY IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED BEFORE THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (10 A.M. TO 6 P.M. MON-SAT) BY E- MAIL TO ORDERINQUIRIES@DURAWEATHER.COM. IF THE ORDER IS PLACED DURING NON-BUSINESS HOURS (EVENING OR WEEKEND) PLEASE CONTACT US NO LATER THAN NOON ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED ARE INELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION AND THE RETURNS POLICY BECOMES APPLICABLE (SEE BELOW).

Return Policy

DuraWeather Poly® offers a 7 day return policy.

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 7 days of the date of receipt for a full refund less the price to return ship and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process once the order is returned to our factories. A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact online sales by phone or email with the information provided below to obtain a return authorization. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. If merchandise is received damaged, please note on delivery paperwork with the delivery person of the damage. If merchandise is received damaged upon delivery, customer must contact online sales department at orderinquiries@duraweather.com within 48 hours to report damage and to receive a return authorization. All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all packing materials, pallets, boxes, and documentation for any return. We reserve the right to deduct up to 25% from the refund total if item arrives back to our factories damaged and must be discarded.  DuraWeather® is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. Merchandise must be received back in our facility before any replacement/refund will be issued. Full purchase price will be refunded less any and restocking fee, and/or return shipping fees, within 7 days of receipt of item in our warehouse. Shipping is not included with exchanges. Return shipping and shipping for the exchange would be the responsibility of the customer.
