When Will My Poly Furniture Ship?

All orders are shipped once production is completed (please see the FedEx and UPS shipping maps below). Individual cartons and smaller orders such as Adirondack chairs and individual pieces ship with FedEx or UPS Ground, whichever will delivered sooner. The majority of items are shipped semi-fully assembled for easy assembly and your convenience!

Tracking numbers are provided once the product leaves one of our U.S. facilities. Orders will be left discreetly at the customers front door without signature required. Orders shipped may take 2-5 days in transit. Orders will ship from one of our production plants that are closest to you to ensure the soonest possible delivery. Please note, if you are ordering dining and/or counter sets, not all individual pieces will be shipped together (the chairs might be delivered first and/or the table might be delivered first).

Our current estimated ship dates of our furniture are listed on all of our quality products detail pages. 

Larger orders such as for 7 to 9 piece dining sets and lounge seating are handled by our partnered carriers: XPO Logistics Freight and FedEx freight. Please include your phone number when placing your order so we can reach you and schedule delivery and acceptance accordingly. If no phone number is given we will contact you via email until we receive a phone number to deliver your order.

If your order is damaged upon opening, please take photographs and send them to status@duraweather.com. We will surely ship you a replacement part and take care of you to the best of our ability. For decades we have thrived to provide our loyal customers with the best possible customer experience.
