Our hammocks and stands are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and assembly time is only 3 minutes or less.
The canopies of all of our umbrellas are easily removable with no need for tools to take off. The fabric canopy can be thrown in the wash. To dry, simply put the umbrella canopy back on the frame of the umbrella. Do not put the umbrella canopy in the dryer. The umbrellas stems are a universal 1-1/2" inch diameter.

Lumber is graded based on the quality and appearance of the wood. This depends on various factors like the type of wood used and the number and types of defects. Our quality Grade A Perhutani Teak is free from: bow, check, crook, cup, knots, shake, split, twist, and wane.
Easy-to-follow assembly instructions are included with every purchase on most items. Assembly of our poly outdoor furniture takes approximately 3-5 minutes for chairs, and only requires a wrench. Assembly of tables, chaise lounges, swings, and larger sets take approximately 10-15 minutes. To ensure you have absolutely no hassle assembling our furniture, we've even included simple assembly videos for certain products.

Very well packaged! It took approx 30 mins to unpack and organize parts. The assembly time is totally inaccurate (instructions say 10-15 mins) when in reality each tete-a-tete chair took 30-45 mins. Overall, I love the product!
The set is very nicely put together, easy to assemble and great quality. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a maintenance free set of furniture for their boat dock or backyard deck.
We love these counter height sets! Ordered two sets for our side yard & loved them so much that I ordered another set for the front of the house. Love that the seats are curved in the front & don’t cut into your legs. The counter height is perfect for us & the step up is just right. Absolutely love these! The two on our side yard will be out in the weather & not under a roof. The price is reasonable for this quality construction. The first two came in 4 weeks. The second order was here in 5 days. Love this company & their products.

We ordered two of these sets but after assembling, we decided to put one in this space. So I ordered another set today. They will go down on the patio by our pond. Will send a picture when we receive the third set! These counter height chairs are so comfortable. We love the foot step to get up in them. The front of the chair is rounded which makes it comfortable. We also were searching for heavy weighted furniture. We get high winds in central Texas & don’t want the furniture blown over. Although the instructions that came with it weren't all that clear resulting in time lost once we got the first chair built the second one went together in about 20 minutes. Chairs are absolutely incredible very comfortable very sturdy very complimentary to our deck furniture. There's a very good chance I'm going to buy the round table with the dinner chairs with this design because they're just so nice.

We purchased one for our rooftop deck and loved it so much that we just ordered a second one. Very nice quality.
My husband thought the material was well made. He also loved the precise predrilled holes. (He comes from a construction background, and used to work predrilling pieces so the workflow was better.) The first night we sat in them we realized they were the perfect set, and a great purchase as we sit on the deck a lot! We have another older patio set, but the chairs have gotten rougher due to the sun aging them. From reading about your product, we should have a good life out of this set!
