Q: Will DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture fade, crack, or rust?
DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture is made from 95% premium high density polyethylene with all-season additives. This means our Adirondack furniture and outdoor poly furniture will not fade, crack, peel, or warp. While our poly lumber is virtually indestructible, our 316 stainless steel hardware resists rust and corrosion, making it the ideal maintenance-free patio furniture.Q: How long do hammocks take to ship and what is the assembly time?
Our hammocks and stands are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and assembly time is only 3 minutes or less.
Q: Are the canopies of umbrellas washable and will it fit in my washing machine?
The canopies of all of our umbrellas are easily removable with no need for tools to take off. The fabric canopy can be thrown in the wash. To dry, simply put the umbrella canopy back on the frame of the umbrella. Do not put the umbrella canopy in the dryer. The umbrellas stems are a universal 1-1/2" inch diameter.

Q: Do the hardwood lanterns come with a remote control?
Yes! The lanterns also require AAA batteries, which must be purchased separately.

Q: What does the grade of wood mean on teak furniture?
Lumber is graded based on the quality and appearance of the wood. This depends on various factors like the type of wood used and the number and types of defects. Our quality Grade A Perhutani Teak is free from: bow, check, crook, cup, knots, shake, split, twist, and wane.
Q: How do I assemble my new poly outdoor furniture?
Easy-to-follow assembly instructions are included with every purchase on most items. Assembly of our poly outdoor furniture takes approximately 3-5 minutes for chairs, and only requires a wrench. Assembly of tables, chaise lounges, swings, and larger sets take approximately 10-15 minutes. To ensure you have absolutely no hassle assembling our furniture, we've even included simple assembly videos for certain products.
Q: Will poly furniture scratch or show marks easily?
DuraWeather poly lumber is one of the highest strength-to-density materials on the market and withstands scratching from common everyday use of plates, glasses, keys, phones and all other commonly used items. Traditional teak wood is excellent for outdoor use and has an incredible strength to density ratio and is not easily scratched or marked.
Q: How does poly lumber compare to wood?
Unlike traditional wood, DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture is maintenance free. You won't have to go through vigorous efforts to stain, sand, and waterproof our material every year. Not only that! You won't have moldy, rotten, insect infested furniture. Our poly outdoor furniture resists these nasty culprits! The only wood we stand by for outdoor use is Teak Grade A only as it is best for outdoor protection from nature's harsh elements and insects.

Great chair
While I was nervous about having an unknown company have my money and having to wait quite a while for the product; I must say that I am pleased with the outcome. The directions are pictures and quite easy to follow. Take your time and look at the details. The directions called for 2 or 3 people to finish the final step of attaching the chair to the base, but I managed to do it by myself...and I am a 65 year old woman. The chair is my favorite of the three I purchased and is very comfortable

Tough to put together. Managed, tho and am very happy with the product. It is quite heavy which is makes the assembly difficult, but then becomes a virtue in that it is virtually unaffected by high winds, rain and other environmental elements. Plan to put it out on a platform that is exposed to the elements.😁
Putting the chairs together was straightforward and directions were easy to follow. It is definitely better with another person because they are quite heavy. Very good quality!
Recc a small impact driver and metric hexhead for assembly...... much quicker. Assembly instructions are good. Plan on enjoying my chairs for the rest of my life.
The chair does require two people to put it together (not hard), but worth it. The seat is wide enough, and it is comfortable to sit in. It is nice not having to worry about the elements too.
Love these swivel chairs! They are very comfortable, sturdy and attractive. I was worried about putting them together ourselves but the instructions were great. Took awhile, but very straight forward.

Chairs were shipped and received rather quickly. Assembly was bad, directions were good, it just took some time. For the most part it can be done with one person, but needed 2 for attaching the chair to the base with the swinging hinges. We love the look, the comfort and feel of the chairs. Some of the stickers were hard to remove, you’ll need some goo-gone or adhesive remover.
I was able to put it together myself in about 90 minutes. Instructions were straightforward. It is very sturdy and heavy. Probably will get a cushion as it is very hard.
These are high quality and heavy duty chairs. The two tone color is beautiful. The chairs easily glide and swivel. They are very comfortable. No snag or rough spots. We are especially impressed with the hardware. The glider bracket is very thick, sturdy and has ball bearing operation. The shipment was missing a part and customer service was exceptional. We had the part in two days! No doubt these chairs will last years in this Florida weather.
It took a while for me to review the chair because it took a while before I had it assembled. I had to hire it done because this furniture is HEAVY. It took 2 people to assemble and move it to my back porch. It is so comfortable, I love it. I have a similar chair, but it is wood and is showing its age. Sorry, I cannot easily add a picture of the new chair. So nice to have a chair that does not have to be stained or maintained in any way. I saw furniture like this at a nearby garden store but could not figure out how in the world I would get one home and they cost a lot more. Fed Ex delivered this and kindly slid it into my garage for me until I could deal with it (came in 2 packages).

Assembly directions were easy to follow. Make sure you have someone to help you. I assembled it by myself and had the back fall on my toe. But the quality is great. Bought it for my mom when she comes to visit.

Love love love the wood grain surface. Other companies online were asking around $200-$300 more for a Adirondack glider that doesn’t swivel. My husband and I are glad we found this company on google. After thorough research found this company to be our best option. We purchased four for around our gas fire-pit out back and love them.
Very sturdy and well built we live on the outer banks and leave it outside Year round. We don’t have to bring it in or store it like our other furniture that we have. Overall we like the fact it’s hardly any maintenance and the comfort is amazing as we were a little hesitant at first buying it online. Good product
Took a while to get but glad we did it’s a fraction of the cost we seen at other stores and we like the style of this one better. We purchased fresh mahogany and love the wood grain texture every family member that comes over thinks it’s actually wood.
I seen a similar version of this swivel rocker in a local nursery but they were asking for over twice as much for it. When it was delivered it required some assembly but the instructions were easy to follow and only took me about 15-20 minutes. Overall we love it would recommend to anyone
I will always buy Polywood furniture. I can't recommend Dura Weather Poly for purchase it from. My order arrived two weeks later than expected. I had to reach out three times asking for my order. Each time I reached out, I could only use Live chat with a person who was unable to assist me. Only showing my purchase order and delivery date, which had long passed. My text was the same message each time; I am assuming this was AI. Communication is why I would not order from them again. Our order was close to $3.000, so I got nervous when it took 3 months to get 4 chairs.
