Q: Will DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture fade, crack, or rust?
DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture is made from 95% premium high density polyethylene with all-season additives. This means our Adirondack furniture and outdoor poly furniture will not fade, crack, peel, or warp. While our poly lumber is virtually indestructible, our 316 stainless steel hardware resists rust and corrosion, making it the ideal maintenance-free patio furniture.Q: How long do hammocks take to ship and what is the assembly time?
Our hammocks and stands are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and assembly time is only 3 minutes or less.
Q: Are the canopies of umbrellas washable and will it fit in my washing machine?
The canopies of all of our umbrellas are easily removable with no need for tools to take off. The fabric canopy can be thrown in the wash. To dry, simply put the umbrella canopy back on the frame of the umbrella. Do not put the umbrella canopy in the dryer. The umbrellas stems are a universal 1-1/2" inch diameter.

Q: Do the hardwood lanterns come with a remote control?
Yes! The lanterns also require AAA batteries, which must be purchased separately.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Our ship dates are listed in large bold font underneath each product title name as well as on each product categories header. It is also found on our weekly newsletter if you are subscribed.
Q: What does the grade of wood mean on teak furniture?
Lumber is graded based on the quality and appearance of the wood. This depends on various factors like the type of wood used and the number and types of defects. Our quality Grade A Perhutani Teak is free from: bow, check, crook, cup, knots, shake, split, twist, and wane.
Q: How do I assemble my new poly outdoor furniture?
Easy-to-follow assembly instructions are included with every purchase on most items. Assembly of our poly outdoor furniture takes approximately 3-5 minutes for chairs, and only requires a wrench. Assembly of tables, chaise lounges, swings, and larger sets take approximately 10-15 minutes. To ensure you have absolutely no hassle assembling our furniture, we've even included simple assembly videos for certain products.
Q: Will poly furniture scratch or show marks easily?
DuraWeather poly lumber is one of the highest strength-to-density materials on the market and withstands scratching from common everyday use of plates, glasses, keys, phones and all other commonly used items. Traditional teak wood is excellent for outdoor use and has an incredible strength to density ratio and is not easily scratched or marked.
Q: How does poly lumber compare to wood?
Unlike traditional wood, DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture is maintenance free. You won't have to go through vigorous efforts to stain, sand, and waterproof our material every year. Not only that! You won't have moldy, rotten, insect infested furniture. Our poly outdoor furniture resists these nasty culprits! The only wood we stand by for outdoor use is Teak Grade A only as it is best for outdoor protection from nature's harsh elements and insects.

Love the products ! Extremely thrilled
We absolutely love our porch rocker chairs and round table. We love the quality of Dura Weather Polywood. In the pictures you'll notice that we added landscape Plastic Bender Board Flex Edging to the Porch Rocker chairs, for smooth rocking. This is the location I had chosen in our backyard yard and the pavers were a bit rough for rocking. We are very pleased with our new addition of Dura Weather furniture. Definitely the highest quality of polywood furniture.

Now that we're in our 60's, getting out of the traditional Adirondak chairs requires a little more effort. When I saw these Adirondak rockers I knew these were the chairs for us! Getting in and out of them is so much easier and the quality of them makes me confident they will be the last set of Adirondak style chairs we buy. Another benefit is that these are beefy so there's no worries about them blowing around when the summer thunderstorms come rolling through.

I purchased the bistro set first and loved the quality and heavy weight of the furniture. The very same week, I ordered the Adirondack rocking chair to match. It came very quickly and compliments the set well. The assembly instructions were a bit hard to follow, but luckily, my husband is very handy and was able to figure it out quickly! I interacted with customer service when the bistro set was on a delivery delay and for a couple of other questions. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful! I would absolutely order from this company again!!

Opened box and layed out all the pieces, bolts etc. Very easy to assemble and was amazed that every hole lined up perfect. It is the most solid piece of furniture in my home. Still sitting in my living room it looks so good. First project that I did without one curse word being utter. I bought two rockers for my patio. They are so comfortable and elegant looking. The dark chocolate color looks great with my stone patio table. I put red cushions on them to match my dinning chairs. Now I can sit in my yard and rock for hours. I am so happy with my new chairs. :) Lisa G.
My wife and I were going to get the swivel rocker gliding chairs but these were more affordable. They were delivered on time and assembly was easy. They're heavy enough not to blow away like the cheap plastic adirondack chairs we would buy at ace hardware and if they get dirty I literally hose them off and they're good as new. Very nice products overall.
I have two of these polywood rockers and an end table in antique mahogany on our front porch and we use them all the time to wait for the kids to come home from school. Well worth the money and will be getting more for our cabin up north. Highly recommend!
I ordered a pair of these for outside our coffee shop in downtown austin and our customers love them. We tied a steel chain through the slats with a pad lock so they wouldn't get stolen. They add a very pleasant curb-appeal to our business.
