DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture is made from 95% premium high density polyethylene with all-season additives. This means our Adirondack furniture and outdoor poly furniture will not fade, crack, peel, or warp. While our poly lumber is virtually indestructible, our 316 stainless steel hardware resists rust and corrosion, making it the ideal maintenance-free patio furniture.Q: How long do hammocks take to ship and what is the assembly time?
Our hammocks and stands are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and assembly time is only 3 minutes or less.
Q: Are the canopies of umbrellas washable and will it fit in my washing machine?
The canopies of all of our umbrellas are easily removable with no need for tools to take off. The fabric canopy can be thrown in the wash. To dry, simply put the umbrella canopy back on the frame of the umbrella. Do not put the umbrella canopy in the dryer. The umbrellas stems are a universal 1-1/2" inch diameter.

Lumber is graded based on the quality and appearance of the wood. This depends on various factors like the type of wood used and the number and types of defects. Our quality Grade A Perhutani Teak is free from: bow, check, crook, cup, knots, shake, split, twist, and wane.
Q: How do I assemble my new poly outdoor furniture?
Easy-to-follow assembly instructions are included with every purchase on most items. Assembly of our poly outdoor furniture takes approximately 3-5 minutes for chairs, and only requires a wrench. Assembly of tables, chaise lounges, swings, and larger sets take approximately 10-15 minutes. To ensure you have absolutely no hassle assembling our furniture, we've even included simple assembly videos for certain products.
Q: Will poly furniture scratch or show marks easily?
DuraWeather poly lumber is one of the highest strength-to-density materials on the market and withstands scratching from common everyday use of plates, glasses, keys, phones and all other commonly used items. Traditional teak wood is excellent for outdoor use and has an incredible strength to density ratio and is not easily scratched or marked.

Unlike traditional wood, DuraWeather poly outdoor furniture is maintenance free. You won't have to go through vigorous efforts to stain, sand, and waterproof our material every year. Not only that! Great quality, worth the wait. Easy to finish assembly, resort quality at home.
We ultimately love the chairs but it was very difficult to assemble. We don’t mind assembling products but not when We have to purchase longer, better screws and also had to drill some of the holes as they the openings were too narrow to fit the screws. Also, I ordered them in May. I was told that they would arrive between the end of June and July. I called twice to get updates. They finally arrived the third week of August..
Love the chair but it took 10 weeks to receive it. That’s a long time.

Chairs are great, I got 2 chairs which came in 2 separate boxes in both cases all the hardware was loose and rolling around in the box. The zip lock bag was obviously insufficient to hold it. Thankfully it was all still there. Also the screws with the square bit seem to strip quite easily. My order came approximately 6 weeks later than the estimated delivery date. Overall I’m happy with the chairs and would consider using you again. Thx Dave

Love that you use 316 SS fasteners. Your instructions are terrible. Sorry. You need to put stickers on adjacent components to illustrate orientation of the items F and G. Same problem with your Adirondack and Tete-a-tete counter height set. Quality is great. I recommend.

Great customer service. I called on a Saturday 12/16/2023 to inquire about some details on the rocker and the representative said she would get back with me on Monday. with the Answer. I went ahead an ordered the Classic Adirondack Porch Rocker. She had reached back out to me and my spam filter had redirected the email. I called back on Tuesday to let her know I had ordered the chair. The rep was able to get the chair out to me in time for Christmas. Well made rocker and great staff! thanks for everything.
I’ve placed 4 orders with Duraweather in the last month. I continue to purchase from them because of the quality of the product and customer service. I’ve made gift purchases for my two adult children. The quality of their products ensures that they will appreciate their furniture items long after I’m gone. I had missing parts on one order but they were quick to remedy replacements. I also had a delivery address error (my mistake) and they assisted with correcting the problem before delivery. They provided timely shipping on all of my orders. Highly recommended.
The rockers were easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The hex wrench is helpful. They are sturdy but with a little give, which is good. I would recommend tightening all bolts and screws one more time.

We are in love with our rockers. They are comfortable and a beautiful color. However, assembling was a little rocky. The pieces marked g are a right and left that was our first problem once we switch those the first chair went together perfectly. The second chair went together faster until we got to putting on the back. We could not get the holes lined up. We gave up for the night and started over in the morning. We discovered the g piece hole was drill incorrectly. We measured where the hole was on each side and there was a half inch difference. Now that we have sat in them, we totally love them.
Large scale was worried at first even after looking at the dimensions on the website. Was worried the motion of the rocking wasn’t comfortable but they are great. Happy with my purchase and recommend to anyone

I bought four of these to go around our hot tub and they're perfect. other options we've tried in the past rust because of the chlorine but these have 316 stainless steel bolts and nuts which was a must have
