1/2 a star gone per working with the company:The chairs were purchased as the group of 4, then one separately. The initial order came within a couple weeks. I didn't realize you aren't supposed to contact duraweather until shipping period was over so I did at just over 2 weeks. Suddenly one and then 3 chairs arrived. The 5th chair I waited the full 4 weeks and then some before I asked where the chair was. I was told the color was not in stock and Duraweather was waiting for it from the manufacturer. I shared my disappointment with having to wait a month to find that out, and asked what sort of time frame we are looking at, weeks? Months? The next business day I had a "shipping label has been created" email, and the product arrived later that week. So, I don't know if the backorder bit was legit or not, seems strange to be told that and have the chair in a boutique a week, however, there was clearly a rush as a couple holes we not pre-drilled. So the other 1/2 for the holes. Other than that the chairs are nice. A tad smaller than we would have liked as far as seat back height, but otherwise quite comfortable, very nice looking, extremely sturdy. They are quite heavy too. The only concern I might have is they can get little surface scratches easily, in fact they came with some. Just hairline scuffs, likely from tools or the screws, so I am not terribly worried, but wonder if they could suffer deeper gouging or if someone sitting and scooting back can scuff the seat if they have snaps on their clothes. So far no issues though, and these might buff out easily. They they look great, and we enjoy them immensely, perfect for the space.

Chairs look fantastic and should last for many years. Some of the holes were undersized and needed to be slightly drilled out, and one of the chair armrests is loose, though.

The chairs were very easy to assemble with a second pair of hands to help during assembly. The instructions were very clear. We absolutely love the blue shade of the adirondack chairs. We purchased a set of 4 for our firepit area. The neighbors have already commented how nice they look around our pit and patio. They are extremely sturdy and comfortable and am sure they will last for years to come. I highly recommend these chairs if you are on the fence whether to pull the plug or not. Take the leap and spend the money now for years of enjoyment.

I do have a request. Would you please send me a set of screws, washers and nut (labeled I, M6X60 mm). One of them was stripped and I could not fully assemble the chair (although it doesn't affect the ability to use the chair.

We were able to get these in time for Christmas. Packed well and arrived undamaged. Putting them together was not a big deal, but you really do need a drill or electric screw driver. Take you time or you will spin the screws in the plastic with the drill. They are a big hit under the Tiki hut.
