So far so good! We previously had this hammock and it lasted us for five years. We would leave it out spring, summer and fall then bring it in for the winter months. I have always had a hammock in my backyard, sometimes I take them in to the garage but usually just leave them out in the elements. I used to get Pawley island hammocks, mostly for nostalgia I guess, but I was having to replace them every other year or so when the rope would break after exposure to the elements. It is working great so far. The spreader bars appear solid and durable. The mesh holes are of an appropriate size, cause no issues and are comfortable. I am very happy with the quality especially considering how less costly this product was compared to others.
